Pawsome Progress provides a variety of pet services including, but not limited to, Puppy Socialization Classes, Basic Obedience Training, Advanced Dog Skills, Behavior Modification Consultations, Private In-Home Sessions, Agility and K9 Sports Preparation, Board-and-Train Programs, and Scent Work Introduction. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined during booking or registration.

2. User Obligations

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for services or making inquiries.

• You are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of your pet during all training sessions and activities.

• You acknowledge that pet training involves inherent risks and agree to release Pawsome Progress and its trainers from any liability for injury or damage during services, except in cases of gross negligence.

• You agree to follow all instructions from Pawsome Progress staff and trainers regarding the well-being and management of your pet.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

• All services must be booked in advance and are subject to confirmation by Pawsome Progress.

• Full payment for services is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within a specified notice period, typically 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled service, to be eligible for a refund or credit. Please refer to specific service agreements for detailed cancellation policies.

• No-shows or cancellations outside the notice period may result in forfeiture of the payment.

4. Intellectual Property

The content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Pawsome Progress and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without explicit written permission from Pawsome Progress.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pawsome Progress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.
